Community Sports Program
Our Community Sports Program in the Prahran area again proved a resounding success. In its 8th year of operation, manager John Lamont and selected trainees including senior player Judd Mullins, have conducted two sessions at the following Stonnington primary schools:

St. Rochs St. Mary's, East Sk. Kilda St. Joeseph's, East Malvern
Our Lady of Lourdes Toorak Armadale
South Yarra

Additionally, we have conducted four sessions at the Currajong School, a special needs school that assists students with social, emotional and behavioral problems. We also support the City of Sonnington Housing Commission estates, notable Horace Petty, with school holiday programs and on-going Tuesday afternoon football clinics. Our student contacts total more than 2500 and again the feedback from students and teachers alike has been tremendous. Our trainees are all in their second year of their Advanced Diploma of Sport and Recreation (Sports Management).
PRAHRAN Football Club's Community Sports Program is ready to kick off for season 2008.
With a first time sponsor Wizard Home Loans, Toorak and new manager Dale Tapping, our
unique CSP is set to expand and again make an impact in the local community.
Already Dale Tapping has taken St Michaels Grammar players for a clinic at Toorak Park
and with assistant Ryan Duke, one of our senior players, will be working closely with
the school.
Another of our senior players Dan James will assist in clinics with trainees from
Swinburne College, all wearing PFC apparel.
